Located in Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc, this 90 m² wooden house welcomes up to 7 guests for a unique nature getaway. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with a double bed plus bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, espresso machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The living area features private air conditioning, and all bedrooms and the bathroom have heating. TV, washing machine, 2 high chairs, and a baby cot are available for families. Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with outdoor furniture and a plancha grill. The wooded grounds, crossed by a stream, provide a peaceful and green setting. On-site shared parking is available for 1 vehicle. Pets are welcome (1 pet maximum). Parties are not allowed. The single-level house offers step-free access and an interior designed for easy mobility. You’ll stay in a picturesque, tranquil setting, 2 km from the charming medieval village of Montcuq (reachable on foot, by bike, or by car) and 700 m from the large Sunday market. St Sernin Lake, with supervised swimming, playground, and dining options, is 4 km away. Discover the medieval town of Lauzerte 10 minutes away, near the St James’ Way and many Quercy Blanc hiking trails. The Lot Valley offers Cahors (25 min), St Cirq Lapopie (1 hr), and many medieval villages around Montcuq. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee.

Renovated traditional house in the charming village of Ercé (capital of the bear trainers), at 650 m altitude, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, by the Garbet river. In the village, you’ll find a grocery store, newsstand/tobacco shop, bar-restaurant, and mechanic. Many activities are nearby: Guzet Neige ski resort is 18 km away, the thermal baths and spa center of Aulus-les-Bains are 8 km away, as well as the Cominac huts. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Ars waterfall, the Cagateille cirque, several lakes, and museums (peddlers and bear trainers). The 90 m² house accommodates up to 8 guests. On the ground floor: fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, kettle), bathroom, separate WC, living room with open fireplace, TV, and lounge. First floor: two bedrooms each with a 140x200 bed, one with balcony access offering stunning mountain views and the sound of herd bells. Second floor: large attic bedroom with two 90x200 beds and one 140x200 bed. A shaded terrace with garden furniture and plancha, plus a lovely private fenced 300 m² garden. Electric heating is included up to a set daily amount; beyond that, it is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not provided—please bring your own. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility. Part of the deposit may be withheld if cleaning is not done.

Located in Saint-Augustin, this 32 m² mobile home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) and a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen features a microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, electric coffee maker, and espresso machine. You’ll also find a TV, Wi-Fi, fan, and barbecue. Enjoy your private covered terrace, furnished with outdoor seating for 6—perfect for al fresco dining. The mobile home is set within a 4-star campsite offering 2 water parks with indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, water slides, splash zones, and children’s pools (open May–September). A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. A shared parking space is available on site. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted. The campsite also offers a playground, bar, pizzeria, snack bar, mini-market, mini-golf, multi-sports courts, table tennis, and evening entertainment. The mobile home is halfway between both water parks. Grande Côte beach, with 2.5 km of sand bordered by dunes and forest, is just 5 minutes away. Access to the water parks requires Fun Passes, available for an extra fee, which grant entry to both parks: pools, play areas, kids’ clubs, entertainment, and the Ecureuil pool. Towels and bed linen are not included but can be rented from the campsite for an extra fee. Cleaning is your responsibility; if not done, part of the deposit will be withheld.
